Happy Friday MBHL Family,

I’m excited to kick off Opening Weekend of hockey with all of you. It’s been a long off-season, and I can’t wait to see everyone back on the rink.

Jersey Update

Unfortunately, our jerseys were delayed in the Northeast due to the storms earlier this week. They are moving again, but the updated ETA is Monday.

For this weekend, please wear a shirt or sweatshirt in your team’s color:

Mighty Ducks – Green
Hawks – Black
Bulldogs – Blue
Chiefs – White
Youth Roller Hockey (Saturday Nights)

All youth roller hockey will begin at 4:30 PM every Saturday for all teams to practice together, immediately following the 7-and-Under ball hockey game. Please bring both a black and a white shirt for the opening practice and scrimmage.

Adult League

The adult division will jump straight into games on Saturday morning.

All Other Programs

To start the season off right, all youth and recreational programs will begin with 30 minutes of skills and drills, followed by a 30-minute scrimmage. This helps us gauge skill levels and get everyone familiar with the rules of ball hockey before league play begins.

Free Water at the Rink

The MBHL provides free water for all players, coaches, and fans. Feel free to grab one from the green cooler by the check-in desk anytime you need it.

Sportsmanship Reminder

The MBHL has a zero-tolerance policy for pushing, shoving, fighting, or any aggressive behavior toward players or officials. This is a coed recreational program built on community, respect, and sportsmanship. Let’s set the tone for a positive season from day one.

Gear Pickup & Sales

Any gear that was pre-ordered will be available during check-in at the table under the scoreboard. We will also have limited additional inventory available for purchase at the check-in desk.
